Susan Keene Partner

Susan has been practicing law for seventeen years with a focus on real estate law.  A solo practitioner and "of counsel" for several years, Susan joined Julian Schulman and Marc Kissel as a partner in May 2007, formally establishing the partnership of Schulman, Kissel and Keene, PC.  Susan represents buyers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of residential and commercial real property and co-op transactions.
